in-class quiz

I had a "quiz" of sorts in my on location photography class tuesady. the assignment was to go out in teams of 3 with 50 minutes to get 1 shot using all that we had learned in the class and then edit the image before class was over. It was alot of fun, and I got to hang out with some people i've never really gotten the chance to talk to that were in the class with me! so here is my one shot...

MY FRIENDS GOT MARRIED!!!

I posted only a couple of pictures of my friends Brian and Melanie from when I shot their engagement pictures. Well they got married this past weekend, and I was on a plane to come back to school! So in honor of their marriage here is a few more images from that shoot this summer.

Hello Again

Well its again been a long time since I've updated anything, so here is a huge mix of everything that has happened lately!

My friends got engaged this summer, and I got to shoot them!

they were a blast to shoot, and are some awesome friends!

THEN MY OTHER AWESOME FRIENDS GOT MARRIED!!!

I worked at a summer camp, and worked with some of the coolest people ever, and it also really grew me in my Christian walk!

Back at CBU for my Junior year, I got to be part of an community event of some really cool girls

as a part of cbu design's program, we got to do a LEGIT photo shoot! this is the first of my favorite images that i have processed

For some reason, I hiked Mt Rubidoux at 5:00 am one day with some friends and got some fun pitcures

finally for this post, I got to take some business-style shots fellow Banner journalist, Jon. It was a pretty fun time dealing with silly lighting and noisey doors!

well, thats my summer and time at CBU so far! its been pretty sick, and I can't wait to see what else comes out of this semester!

Whats up?

This summer has been crazy! I'm in week 7 of working at a summer camp as a photographer, also I'm trying to promote my photography as a business (check the facebook), and I've been trying to (unsuccesfully) learn adobe software to build myself website. All this is taking a bunch of time, and I haven't posted almost anything for the past several months...

I haven't posted in forever! But its because i've been crazy busy! ever since the last post i've been wrapped up in final exams, touring with music groups, and now working at a summer camp!

I am selling my Minolta 50mm lens, so I thought it'd be a perfect excuse to post some pictures up here! these were all taken with my 50mm lens on my Sony Alpha A200 (which is also for sale).

Live Band photography

I really thought being in callifornia, I would have the opportunity to see and photograph many more live bands. I haven't been blessed like that so far. lol. I used to go to 1-3 concerts a month in San Anotnio. I've been to 4 concert since I started going to CBU in Fall 08.

I was looking through old pictures with my old camera and starte remembering shooting for fiends bands. So I thought I would post some... also I needed to update this sucker, heh.
